Details: The Panasonic Convention 2018 has been held in Mallorca and to commemorate the hundredth anniversary of the company we have been able to see with our own eyes the new Lumix GX9 & Panasonic TZ200. This convention has been full of nostalgic details, classic products and novelties in all the sectors where the Japanese company works. As much as we love a perfect shave, our attention mainly fell on the two new Lumix cameras. Its compact design hides a 20.3-megapixel Digital Live MOS micro four-thirds sensor without a low-pass filter, which, as you know, is the one used by both the GX8 and the G9. A very appropriate choice for smaller cameras due to its quality and low power consumption. Making the comparison with what could be considered its previous version, it is considerably smaller and lighter (This new camera weighs 80 grams less than the GX8). This makes it perfect for those doing street photography, especially when you consider the focusing speed it has with AF approaching 0.07 seconds and burst at 9 and 6fps in AFS and AFC respectively. This is partially achieved thanks to DFD (Deep From Defocus) that we have seen in other cameras such as the GH4 that basically calculates the direction and the amount that the lens must move to focus in a single movement using two images that have different depth of field.
